AQUA PERU OBTAINS SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATION!

Sustainable aquaculture is increasingly important in the world of food. At American Quality Aquaculture Peru (AQUA) we are committed to offering our customers products of the highest quality and safety, and to doing so in a responsible and sustainable manner.

That is why we are delighted to share that we have obtained the most internationally demanded Sustainability Certification, the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC). This certification identifies farm-raised marine and aquaculture products that comply with sustainable environmental and social processes, and guarantees that they are correctly identified, segregated and with assured traceability.

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond obtaining this certification. Since the beginning of our operations, we have focused on working responsibly with care for the environment as well as with local communities. We strive to be a company that not only produces high-quality food, but also contributes to positive impact on people and the planet.

As part of our commitment, we have implemented sustainable practices at all stages of our supply chain. This includes the use of advanced technology to monitor the environmental impact of our operations, the use of cultivation practices that respect the environment, and the promotion of fair and transparent relationships with our suppliers and collaborators.
